Cancellation Policy
Welcome to EGAKUSTENTAI Friendservation! (Hangout reservation) Refund Policy: Cancellations 24 Hours or More in Advance: If the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the scheduled hangout, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled hangout, no refund will be provided. No-Show Policy: If the customer does not show up for the scheduled hangout without prior notice, no refund will be issued. Important Guidelines: 1. Platonic Nature: * This is strictly a platonic hangout service. It is not a dating site, matchmaking platform, or any form of romantic engagement. 2. Respect and Boundaries: * All cast members deserve respect. Any form of inappropriate behavior, including sexual advances, offensive comments, or discriminatory remarks, will lead to immediate action, including blocking and banning from the service. 3. Communication Boundaries: * Forced communication, such as sending “good morning” or “good night” messages, is not allowed. All interactions must remain respectful and within the agreed-upon boundaries of a platonic hangout. 4. Prohibited Behavior: * No sexual demands, coercion, or attempts to turn the hangout into a romantic engagement. * Any form of stereotyping or offensive remarks based on race, gender, or any other characteristic is strictly forbidden. 5. Immediate Action: * Any behavior or communication that violates these guidelines will result in an immediate block with no exceptions. 6. Prohibited Hangouts: * Activities such as home visits, private rooms, or any enclosed spaces that could lead to misunderstandings are not permitted. * All hangouts should be in public or designated safe spaces. 7. Communication and Contact: * All interactions must go through the official service channels. Exchanging personal contact information is prohibited.
